What is the turnaround duration like?

With the varying complexity of our client’s projects, it is hard to guarantee specific timelines. That being said, we generally make sure that most clients have a first draft of their desired outcome within 5 to 7 working days. After receiving this draft, we would ask for your feedback as part of an ongoing collaboration between us; any revisions you need to be done often take 1 to 2 additional working days before they are complete. We always strive to create something that you are proud of and will be satisfied with, which is why we value your input throughout the entire process.

What is the payment process?

Paying for your projects has never been easier! We offer a 50% deposit upon confirmation of each project, ensuring that the job is confirmed and ready to get started. The remaining 50% payment can be paid before we release the final deliverables, so you know exactly where you’re at in terms of final costings. We’re also a GST-registered company. Therefore, all of the rates presented to you are before 8% GST.
