Step 1: Brief & Quotation
Provide us with your food photography project requirements; if we seem like a good fit, we will send over a quotation tailored specifically to your budget. Once everything is agreed upon and an initial deposit of 50% is made, we can proceed to the pre-production stage — it takes little more than a few clicks to start creating something beautiful!
Step 2: Pre-Production
Our team is dedicated to capturing the essence of your culinary creations. We work closely with you, choosing the perfect props, selecting ideal shooting locations, and crafting mood boards that resonate with your brand’s identity. Our wide network offers access to the finest food stylists, ensuring each dish is presented at its most tantalising.
Step 3: Production
In the heart of the process, our team passionately crafts visuals that cater to your unique taste. Embracing either a hands-off or hands-on approach, we tailor the production to your preferences. Throughout the shoot, your feedback isn’t just welcomed — it’s a crucial ingredient in our recipe for success. Each piece of input you provide shapes the final masterpiece, ensuring the images we capture resonate deeply with your vision.
Step 4: Post-Production
After we have shot your project, the next step is to edit the photos and videos. This will also be a collaborative process; we want to ensure that our clients are always satisfied with the outcome, and that they have had an active role in getting there. You can expect to receive ample revisions based on any feedback you may have, before receiving a top quality, polished final product. Rest assured that you will be able to release your work with absolute confidence.

What are GradePixel’s cancellation policies for food & beverage photography? + -
At GradePixel, we understand that plans can change, and flexibility is essential. Our cancellation policy for food and beverage photography is designed to be fair and accommodating:
- Notice Period: If you need to cancel your scheduled shoot, we kindly request that you inform us at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our scheduling and allocate resources efficiently.
- Cancellation Fees: For cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the booked session will be charged. This fee compensates for the time and resources reserved for your project.
- Rescheduling: We are more than happy to reschedule your session at no extra cost if you provide us with more than 72 hours’ notice. Our team will work closely with you to find a new suitable date for your shoot.
- Deposit Policy: In the event of a cancellation, please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be credited towards future bookings if the session is rescheduled.
- Exceptions: We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. In such exceptional cases, we will work with you to find the most suitable solution, taking into consideration the specific circumstances of the cancellation.
