One hour on white.
A whole range,
built in AI.

Grin Club launched four teeth-whitening products with a full suite of lifestyle images and infographics — models, Singapore scenes and all. Not one model was hired. Not one location was booked. Just a one-hour product shoot, then our AI product photography workflow did the rest.

The brief

Launch the whole club
at once.

Grin Club wasn't launching a product. It was launching a range — four SKUs, each with its own colour, its own hero claim, its own signature number. The Kit's ten minutes. The Strips' fourteen days. The Purple One's "in seconds". The Paste's "every day".

Every SKU needed two lifestyle images and two infographics, cast with real-feeling Singaporean faces, set in real-feeling Singaporean places — the HDB vanity, the kopitiam table, the bright bathroom, bubble tea in frame. Done the traditional way, that's a five-model casting call, several location days, a props budget and weeks on the calendar — before a single edit is exported.

Our approach

Shoot once.
Build the rest.

We photographed the four products clean on white in a single one-hour studio session — accurate colour, sharp edges, controlled light. That white-background capture is the anchor for everything that follows.

The models, the glowing purple HDB vanity, the kopitiam table, the iced kopi on the sofa, the bubble tea just in frame — all of it is built in AI around the real product. Because it starts from real photography rather than a text prompt, the campaign reads as coherent and premium: the product is always exactly itself, and only the world around it is generated.

The colour system

Four products. Four worlds.
One system.

Each SKU owns a colour — and every lifestyle shot and infographic recolours to match. It's what makes the range instantly scannable on a shelf or a marketplace grid. Tap through the club.

The range hero

Meet the whole club.

The scroll-stopping frame that ties the four routines into one family — balanced so purple, orange, pink and mint all sing together. Built for the website hero and the Shopee and Lazada store banners.

How it's done

How a multi-SKU launch
actually comes together.

The efficiency isn't magic — it's method. Four decisions turn one product shoot into a full campaign library.

1

Cast models as personas

We built five AI models as full personas — name, age, role, styling — so the same faces recur across the range with total consistency. Alyssa opens the Kit, Adrian carries the Strips, Maya fronts the Purple One. A casting call you never have to book twice.

2

A recolour system, not 8 one-offs

Two infographic templates — "why it works" and "how to use" — recoloured per SKU. That discipline is how eight infographics stay visually identical in structure yet unmistakably each product's own.

3

Localised without leaving the studio

Kopi, bubble tea, HDB bathrooms, an iced kopi on the sofa. Singapore cues make the range feel made-here — generated into the scene rather than travelled to on a location day.

4

Claim-safe by design

Whitening is regulated. Every number carries a footnote and every claim stays inside compliant language — "whiter-looking", "helps lift surface stains". The visuals ship launch-ready, not as a legal risk.
