The images are provided in high-resolution JPEG or TIFF formats, suitable for both print and digital use. We also cater to any specific format or dimension requirements you might have, ensuring a convenient and tailored delivery process.
What are GradePixel’s cancellation policies for fashion photography? + -
At GradePixel, we have a fair and balanced cancellation policy for fashion photography to accommodate our clients while managing our resources efficiently. Clients are requested to notify us at least 72 hours in advance for any cancellations, allowing us to adjust our schedules effectively. If a cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot, we charge a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked session, as compensation for reserved resources and time.
However, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the option to reschedule without extra charges, provided the notice is given more than 72 hours ahead. The initial deposit, while non-refundable, can be credited towards a future booking if the session is rescheduled. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we work closely with our clients to find the most suitable solution, considering the specific situation. Our goal is to provide flexibility to our clients while maintaining a professional approach to our scheduling and resource management.
