FAQ

Common questions about Product Photography
creation in Singapore

A studio session with us includes pre-shoot production planning, full studio access with controlled lighting and climate, food styling coordination, tethered shooting for real-time client review, and post-production editing and delivery in your required formats. The specific scope — number of dishes, styling support, retouching level — is confirmed in the brief stage so there are no surprises on shoot day.

We work with a roster of experienced food stylists and can coordinate their inclusion as part of your shoot booking. For most commercial and FMCG briefs, we strongly recommend including a food stylist — the difference in final image quality is substantial, and the cost of styling is typically far lower than the cost of a re-shoot. For simpler e-commerce catalogue briefs where styling complexity is low, we’ll advise you accordingly.

Yes. We handle both in-studio and on-location food photography across Singapore. On-location work requires a pre-shoot recce to assess the space — lighting conditions, available power, working surface — and we plan accordingly. Some locations benefit significantly from our portable lighting kit, particularly restaurants with warm or mixed ambient light that doesn’t photograph cleanly without intervention.

Duration depends entirely on your shot list, the complexity of the setups, and whether food styling is involved. A focused e-commerce catalogue shoot can cover 15–25 SKUs in a full day. A brand campaign with multiple hero setups and lifestyle elements may require two days or more. We provide a realistic shoot duration estimate at the briefing stage based on your specific requirements.

Standard post-production delivery is five to seven working days from the end of the shoot. For urgent timelines, expedited delivery can be arranged and is confirmed upfront. We deliver via shared drive in all required formats — web-optimised JPEGs, high-resolution TIFFs for print, and platform-specific crops for e-commerce and social media use where applicable.

Let’s make your food
look as good as it tastes

Every food photography brief is different — the scale, the visual standard, the platform requirements, and the timeline. What doesn’t change is what the images need to do: hold attention, communicate quality, and drive the decision to order, buy, or list. Our studio in Singapore has the equipment, the team, and the experience to deliver that outcome across the full range of F&B photography.
