Upon project completion, images are delivered electronically via a secure file transfer service, typically in high-resolution JPEG or TIFF formats, suitable for both print and digital use. What are GradePixel’s cancellation policies for product photography? + -
GradePixel’s cancellation policy is designed to be fair and accommodating, while also considering the planning and resources involved in scheduling product photography sessions:
- Advance Notice Requirement: We request clients to inform us at least 72 hours in advance for cancellations, allowing us to adjust our schedules accordingly.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked session cost, to cover allocated resources.
- Flexible Rescheduling: If more than 72 hours’ notice is given, we offer the option to reschedule without additional charges.
- Deposit Policy: Initial deposits are non-refundable but may be credited towards future bookings if a session is rescheduled.
- Handling Exceptions: In cases of unforeseen circumstances, we work with clients to find suitable solutions, considering each unique situation.
