Traditional product photography requires everyone in the same room — photographer, products, set, crew. One scheduling conflict and the whole shoot slips.
We work two ways. Ship your physical products to our Singapore studio and we photograph them ourselves. Or if you already have high-resolution images from multiple angles, share them directly — we’ll assess whether they’re workable before we commit to anything.
Either way, the rest is handled remotely: scene briefing, AI production, revisions, and delivery. You approve everything via email or WhatsApp.

Do I need to visit Singapore?
No. The entire process is remote. You either courier products to us or share images, brief us via email or WhatsApp, approve work-in-progress through shared links, and receive final files digitally. Many of our clients have never been to our studio.
How does shipping work if I send the physical product?
We’ll send you a simple shipping brief with our studio address and customs notes for your country. Most products arrive within 3–7 business days via standard international couriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. We handle everything from that point.
How do I brief you on the scenes I want?
Share a moodboard, Pinterest board, or reference images. We’ll confirm the environment, mood, colour palette, and any specific props before building anything. Most briefs take 15–20 minutes to align on.
What file formats do you deliver?
High-resolution JPEGs and PNGs for photography. MP4 for video. All files are delivered at sizes suitable for e-commerce, digital advertising, and print. We can also supply platform-specific crops on request.
How do revisions work?
We include two rounds of revisions as standard — adjustments to scene composition, colour grading, background, or prop placement. Additional rounds are chargeable. We aim to get it right within those two rounds.
Can I use my existing product photos instead of shipping the product?
Possibly. If you have professional, high-resolution images of your product from multiple angles, we can work with those — but we’ll need to review them first. Image quality, resolution, lighting consistency, and the number of angles available all affect whether this is workable. Share them with us and we’ll confirm before we commit to anything.
How realistic are the AI-generated scenes?
Very. Our workflow starts with a real photograph of your product — accurate colour, sharp edges, controlled lighting. The AI builds the environment around it. The product itself is always real photography. See our case studies for examples across multiple categories.
What’s the turnaround time?
Photography is completed within 1–2 days of receiving your products. AI scene building typically takes 1–3 business days per batch, depending on volume and complexity. Rush timelines can be discussed.
Can the images be used for paid advertising?
Yes. AI-generated lifestyle scenes are used across e-commerce listings, social media ads, campaign visuals, and branded content. All assets are delivered with full commercial usage rights for your brand.
